I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only did I experience excessive oral pain after my appointment, it took me a long time to recover. If I had known how much pain I was going to be in after my appointment, I wouldn't have gone. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. I went to Detroit Mercy Dental School after being disfigured by this dental practice on Court and Dort hwy. I was informed the procedures made for a bridge was extremely non-professional in their opinion. I believe they no longer have an office at this location. You can go against my opinion and suffering and try out their practice in Mt. Morris, Mi. at 6061 n. Saginaw Street. My prayers go out for you lost soul of the non-believer!
