My daughter has to have oral surgery and they are making her wait until September to have it done and in the mean time she has a mouth that is full of infection and is sick. I am going to call and see if they will be able to possibly do this surgery sooner.

I felt comfortable here from the first moment I stepped into the door. The receptionist was very friendly and personable. The waiting area was clean and inviting. The dental assistant who first called me back was professional and listened to all of my questions and concerns and answered everything. If she was unable to answer the questions herself she made sure the dentist knew my concerns. The dentist herself was amazing. She treated me with kindness and respect. She was very clear with explaining the procedures I was having done and why she was doing them. She discussed all options with me. Because I had traveled from out of town for the appointment they found a way to squeeze me in again the next day so I wouldn't have to travel again a second time. I was overall very happy and impressed with my experience. One more thing that needs mentioning. I received a phone call on the evening of my procedure to make sure everything was okay. Thank you!

They barely gave me any information at all. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They are always confused, too. I have been called on at least four occasions and I cleared it up each time only to receive another phone call asking again!! I don't like the attitude of the female dentist. She is so rude at times and very unfriendly. Everyone else is very friendly and do their best with the load they are left with. I just think the dentist should appreciate what she has.
