This Office was Amazing . So kind and understanding of my fear. They where extermly helpful with my insurance including my co pays and what i would be responable for after the visit! the office was very clean and welcoming. i would recoomend this office to any one and plan on contiuniung using this office

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was running late and called to notify them and they were very accommodating and did not act as though my lateness was an inconvenience. This place had a great staff, and I'll definitely be going back. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They listened to every question or concern I may have.

I loved the dentist that we saw but does that matter when someone has insurance and is still left holding a bill for over $600? I had called the office to set up an appointment and at that time I asked if they participated with my insurance - they said to come to the appointment and if I didn't hear from them that they did participate with my insurance. So, we went - and I asked when I checked in again if they accepted and participated with my insurance I was told "YES." I was quite pleased with how everything went so I made two more appointments and for a third time asked "now you're sure you are participating members with my insurance?" The answer again was yes. After those two other appointments I received a bill for over eight hundred (how very gracious of them to knock off a little bit). I tried to talk with them and asked to speak with the Dentist herself but her staff was rude, wouldn't help me, and in the end I had to pay. Since I have now just paid everything off I am going to the BBB for help. What a nightmare!
