Mediocre. I am leaving because of their rigid hours. I told them 6 months in advance I needed an 8:00 appointment. They sent a card a couple weeks in advance telling me it is for 8:00. Then the message they left me on my voicemail 24 hours before the appointment reminded me for my appointment at 9:00. I didn't get this message until it was too late because I was coming back from vacation. I went in the next morning at my original 8:00 time slot hoping it was just a mistake but no, they had really changed my appt an hour back without asking me. They would not accomodate me and had an "oh well" attitude. I will be looking for a new dental office.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

This quack is a joke. First, if anyone would like to know more about my experience with him, feel free to give me a call, my name is Dan, my number is 616-824-5011. When I took my wife in, all he and his nurses did was take an x-ray and consult that, saying that there was nothing he could do and she had to go see a specialist. He didn't even go into her mouth. Also, his billing department is a bunch of sharks. Again, if you want to know more, please call me. Thank you.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. Bar none the WORST dentist I have ever been too.
