They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
I do not believe the office runs very efficiently and have had a number of cases where my concerns were actually blown off, as in, we'll send this back to the Dr. and then 2 days later I am still waiting to hear from him!!
Dr. Commet is not very good about referring out to specialists and I have had numerous issues with the office staff getting the referral documents to the specialists before my visit when he does refer. I ALWAYS call ahead to verify. Sometimes I feel like I am doing the office staff job! There are numerous front office staff, a number of whom appear to be doing nothing and a few who seem to be doing it all.
The nurse practitioner, a woman, seems very competent and in some ways seems more tuned in to the patient than Dr. Commet!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
