Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

This is bar far the WORST dental office I have ever visited in my 41 years. I have lived in many states and even overseas and I have had the worst experiences of my life here. I had a dental appointment in March 2012 to have 2 silver fillings replaced with the white and the dentist removed the silver fillings from two of my teeth and put silver BACK IN MY MOUTH! When I discovered this at the end of the appointment the dentist was at lunch. They did get me in that day to correct his mistake and he made sure to tell the assistant to make sure I didn't get double charged (like he was doing me a favor! It was his mistake!!) The front desk even confirmed that my "dental plan" stated that I wanted old fillings removed and replaced with white.

Second visit was on July 5, 2012 and my appt time was at 6:00 with a different dentist in the office to get a crown. I had to ask the front desk at 6:45 if I was going to be seen soon. At 7:00 PM I was finally taken back. The dentist started prepping my tooth, left to greet another patient, came back to do some work, left to greet yet another patient. Long story short I didn't leave until 8:30 PM when I had a scheduled appointment at 6:00 pm. When asked what the deal was, the assistant told me "something about holidays and full moons bring out tooth aches and the broken teeth" I find it completely unacceptable that an appointment would be interruppted and help up to 2.5 hours for walk ins. I will never use this dental office again!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly and helpful. They schedule their appointments too close together. So, if a problem arise and you are running a little late, they constantly ask to reschedule you. It is difficult getting an appointment. Sometimes, it takes over a month to get in.
