I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Rollins as an outstanding primary care physician. My current wife and my daughter and granddaughter are also patients of his. I have never found a more friendly and capable doctor and office staff anywhere. My first wife had a very complex and long term medical situation before her death, and I even had one doctor refuse to take her as a patient because she required too much of his time. Dr. Rollins took her case and did a wonderful job of treating her medial problem for over five years. He took a lot of stress and worry load off of me as her primary caregiver and was accessible by phone when I needed to talk with him outside of office hours. He always found a way to help me.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
