Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

They cancel on me all the time.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The front desk lady was complaining every time she got off the phone as i waited. Every time i called she was extremly rude. Drvgambel was ok but not worth dealing with the nasty front desk lady. Skip his office.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
