I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They always leave me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Their prices were very fair, I only pay a copay. I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family here., especially a woman. Their care was less than stellar. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there until they want my copay.
Dr. Gambel is so obsessed with giving me a pelvic exam, he won't treat me for my actual issues! The last time I saw him he told me he won't do a thing for me until I "get up on the table". I left frustrated and angry and intend on finding a new doctor.

I saw this doctor many years ago, and like another review I read, he tried to convince me to let him do a pelvic exam and I was suffering from depression. It had nothing to do with my female parts. After several attempts to convince me, and failed, I found another doctor.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. Dr.Gamble is a great physcian I never have been mistreated by him in anyway.Yes his office just like alot of Doctor ofices does get busy @ times & you my have to wait. for a longer than usual but mostly if I am on time, I am called in the back within 10 minutes. There are times I am in the room for quite sometime & that is because Dr, Gamble gives you all his attention while he is examing you & will talk & explain anything no matter how long it take's. Yes he has answered a call while in the room w/ me only because he also work's for nursing home(s) & he needed to give some type of order's for a patient there! He is one of the most down to earth Dr. you will ever meet! As for his staff yes(some) are cranky but usually because they have alot of work to do. His offie is not just a "see the Doc" they do alot of clinical thing's & sometime's can give you result's before you leave. The ladies @ the front desk who answer the phones are exxtremely busy. They do enough work for six people. Filing, taking messages, making all appointment's all while getting screamed at because they can't magically find an opening or when they do "squeeze a person(s)" in. Then people complain cause they have to wait cause they over booked to help a patient get in to see the doctor or the best is how the have to sit on the phone explaing the same thing for 30 minutes, like how they can't answer something cause they are not a doctor. I personally love Dr,Gamble & his staff.......

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

The first time that I was at this office I saw Dr. Gambel. He was creepy to say the least. I went in for what I believed to be food poison and he spent 30 minutes trying to talk me into letting him do a pelvic exam!! He then spent another 15 minutes trying to convince me that all of my "female" needs should be handled by him. He never addressed the actual issue that I was there for.
I did go back out of necessity but was fortunate enough to see Dr. Kel. She is the ONLY doctor that I will see there. She is young and a bit inexperienced but she is also the only doctor with an ounce of bedside manner. She is also the only doctor in that office that does not make you feel like you are crazy or have wasted the doctors time when you come in.

This appointment was for my disabled mother, who had to change doctors when her doctor of 30 years didn't accept her insurance when it changed. Okay. Let's begin with the extremely rude receptionist. I stood at the window for about 15 minutes waiting on her to finish what appeared to be a personal call. Once I had her attention, she acted like I was imposing. After the receptionist experience, I then sat down and waited to be called back. Forty-five minutes AFTER my mom's scheduled appt time, we were finally called back. The doctor is very personable and seems like a likable guy, but as far as being a doctor and sympathic to his patience needs, he's a lost cause. This doctor would NOT give my mom the prescriptions that she had been getting from her previous doctor. He asked us why we wanted them...We told him because they worked and she's on the blood thinner Coumadin and can only take specific medications. He then began to go off on some kind of tangent and asked repeatedly, "Do you want money, do you want money?" "Take a gun and hold it in the face of a store attendant and tell them you want money...THAT WORKS too?" "Just because something works, he said, doesnt make it right" I was completely offended. We were treated like complete drug addicts or something. I will NEVER take my mom back to this physician and am seriously thinking about contacting an attorney.If you're reading this contemplating a visit, please take my advice and look elsewhere.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. They didn't answer any questions I had. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I went there to get a PHYSICAL and they gave me a stupid pregnancy test instead. They didn't listen to details and they didn't care about anything I had to say. Very unprofessional place. I was very disappointed.

Also, the other day when I had a sharp pain on my side, I called them and asked to get an appointment and the lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude. The only thing she said to me was "Sorry, we're booked. Call back later" then she hung up without even saying goodbye or without even giving me references to anywhere else I could go! That woman needs to be fired. She's rude as hell and doesn't give a crap about anyone.
