Dr. Jerel Owens is amazing!! I had 4 wisdom teeth removed, and not only was he gentle, he made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jerel owens.

Yes, Dr. Owens is a good Dentist, but the office looks like a time warp back into the 60's and apparently every employee smokes that works for him all smell like smoke, yuck, even their breath all had the fresh smell of cigarettes on it.

I have a fear of dentists and my anxiety level goes thru the roof! On this visit to a new dentist I had to have several extractions! Dr. Owens made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything. The staff is wonderful! I would definitely recommend Dr. Owens and return there myself.

Last night the tooth that broke earlier in the day had torn so much into my tongue I couldn't talk without feeling the sharp edge of the piece left digging away. After calling all over to fins a dentist who could take it out with the little money I had I landed in a dentist office in Oak Park. They X-rayed it and pronounced me in need of a oral surgeon. One of the names they gave me was Dr. Owens just off Greenfield on McNichols in Detroit. It was easy to find and get parked. They squeezed me in, numbed my tooth with some shots, and the tooth was out as fast as the first time I had one done, and which I thought was a fluke. It was so impressive. We discussed after care, I got packages of gauze and a prescription and paid less than half of what I expected to pay from some of the calls I had made. I can't tell you what a downright honor it was to meet Dr. Owens. It's a bustling little place - clearly an anchor in the neighborhood - and I have never received better care. I have a dentist now. A real dentist. I must have called 50 dentists last night and today and only this office said, "Get in here and we'll squeeze you in and get it out today. We will work with you". That's how I run my business but apparently that is no longer the case with dentists. I always thought dentists were great about accommodating those with pain. I was so lucky to have met the exception today. I can't recommend Dr. Jerel enough.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, he/she looked very professional

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth?
Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything
