He answers my questions and is generally not too rushed. He is usually very nice and smiles like he cares about you. The front office staff is the worst I have ever seen including the dr's wife as office manager. They do not smile at you - are rude - and act like they wish you never walked into their office. I am not going to refer my family and friends here because of this. I do, however, love the back staff, very kind. The dr. does co-op with medical assistant schools and these assistants are not always the best but I've never been that disappointed.
