Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

Visiting Dr. Sack, you have to anticipate a long wait. Although this is an inconvinience, Dr. Sack's care and focused attention on his patients far outweights the wait. Try to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning.
