I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
