Listens to you.Allows you to ask questions and then answers then. Doesn't rush you out the door. Discusses your medications & why/what they are for. Asks you if you have any concerns about your health or if there are any changes in your life or health issues. You don't feel like you're on the clock and better talk fast before a timer goes off.

I have been goingt here for many years and so has my husband . I have never had a problem until today . My husband had a medical procedure that was ordered by Dr. Reams who we really like however ...... The law is family leave and we had papers for the office to fill out for one day y husband missed work for the procedure . The office manager said it cost 15.00to fill out the paper work . I'm not sure who is making that rule but I will find out . This is a law and there is no reason this is happening g . There are lots of people that are off for months and they are sick and can't work and then you want to charge them 15.00 for something that is allowed by the Government . It's appalling and disgusting and I'll figure it out and raise a stink like nobody has ever raised a stink . Can't anyone just do so ething just because ? Because it's your job ? Because it's the right thing to do ? Can people just be nice people .....hell no everything being done means you have to get money out . My star was more before I walked in there this afternoon .

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
