Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The TV in the waiting room is always TOO LOUD! You can't study/read while you are waiting due to it.

There is usually a lengthy wait for your appointment, then even when you finally get the room, there is another wait. It happens over and over.

For 4 of last 5 years my annual physical was done by someone else and not Dr. Dempsey, though he would come in at the end for 2 minutes.

The receptionist at the front desk is definitely not a people person, and should be replaced.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!
