I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
