I went in to have a tooth pulled after a failed root canal that they did got infected. They were going to pull it for free. While in chair the doctor asks me why I was not getting an implant. I told him I could not afford the $5k right now. Then he tells me he may be able to do an implant and tooth for free if I was a good candidate for a new experimental implant that they developed. I reluctantly agreed after discussing with them. I leave there with the first part of it the titanium metal piece in my jaw. After dealing with lpain and agany for weeks. I get bill for the extraction and the implant surgery. After fighting with them they credited the surgery for implant and refuse to pay for the rest of it. So now I am stuck having to find money somehow to pay someone to do the tooth portion. They used me as a guinee pig to do their experimental implant so they make a ton of money off me but refuse to honor their commitment to take care of the full costs. They are a bunch of liars.

A little. I wish they had been more gentle

I finally received insurance in my new job. Total Health Care Select and had to pick a dentist office out of the book. My appointment was 4:30 at this location and by 6:50 I still didn't see a dentist. Two and half hours later. I am really disappointed
