They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

I have never been treated with such disrespect. I was declined an appointment when i tried to schedule one. The front desk employees are extremely rude. : ( Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.
