the only one i use to pull my teeth as i am 44 never having insurance in my life the only go when in dying pain and just cant stand it he has pulled 5 of my teeth i scraped 100 together and called they where rude none helpful and now it is 200 and would not do any thing for me II AM IN DYING PAIN AND THE DENTIST I TRUST LEVIES ME WITH MY JAW SWELLED AND COULD CARE LESS CAUSE I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE
