I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Dr. Iltefat was the only doctor (after a 2 1/2 yr search for answers) that listened, took me serious with my symptoms & offered to help coordinate
my care with my other doctors. He is a very dedicated doctor & it is apparent a very knowledgeable one also. I can't say enough about how fantastic I think he is!

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. He was so kind with my daughter and helped her with what was a rare skin disorder. Thank You!
