I brought my daughter in to the office to get several teeth pulled yesterday. We spoke with a receptionist multiple times to find out before and after care information. She never informed us about the office's policy of having a picture ID of your child with you, and when she told us we would need one I started looking for her school ID. She immediately started to argue with my husband and told us to stop giving her "attitude", which was not the case. She was jumping down our throats because we didn't know about a policy she never bothered informing us about. This was extremely unprofessional and she did not let up when my daughter began to show that she was upset.
My daughter was nervous to begin with, and this just upset her more. We chose not to do the tooth pulling because of this.
While we never saw Dan Moore, I can still suggest you don't go to his office. We were treated poorly, not to mention the area was dark and smelled like mothballs and mildew. A poor experience.

Dr. Moore is a dangerous oral surgeon in my opinion. I had a procedure done by him a few years ago that he never should have done at the time because there was infection present. He did it anyway and I had to have 2 surgeons work on my mouth at the same time to repair it not to mention the pain I suffered. I am left with a hole in my palate that will never heal because of Dan Moore.
