All they do is rush, rush, rush. The nursing/technical staff ladies are extremely rude and have very poor "bed side manners". The basically tell the parents to shut up in so many words, that they don't want to take the time to explain what they are doing! I swear that these ladies are just burned out. They do a good job but, don't expect them to answer your questions without giving you an attitude!

The Orthodontist is ALWAYS in a rush to move more and more patients through to make more money. He is rough with the patients, and has no intentions of being gentle with your children when it comes to removing old braces to place new one's!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

If you want the best orthodontist in the area than look no further. I have already told all my friends and family about my wonderful experience I had here. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything
