They are the best denture place I've ever used
The Plate they made me is still a perfect fit even after 15 years

Ive had dentures since i was 15 years old. Ive had some made in Dexter, Maine, as well as a different place in Augusta Maine. New England Denture Center made my 3rd and 4th pair. New England Denture Center not only does excellent dentures, the after care is over the top. I dont want to ever have to go anywhere else. Im disappointed I am unable to replace my bottom dentures due to lack of funds.

Was seen by several dentists who all gave me same sad news..Bone loss..requiring full upper and partial lower dentures, I have had many dental visits in my life so losing my teeth was not from neglect.
New England denture in Augusta is staffed by an amazing group of (mostly) women. They are compassionate, professional and affordable. I would recommend NED to my loved ones ..knowing they will be treated with utmost care and concern by this fine team .

I've been a patient here for many years, I first came here when I needed to have my dentures replaced. I met with the provider a young girl and knew this was who I wanted to make my denture. she made sure I was happy and informed through the whole ordeal. Fast forward many years and it was time to have my dentures replaced. I went to that appointment and received the same exceptional care as I had several years prior. My provider was able to communicate closely with the guy in the back to insure that my new dentures would look as close to the one I was wearing at the time. Once again I was very pleased. I returned once for my check up and have not had nay reason to return which I consider myself lucky because I know many people who never get their dentures to fit comfortably or correctly. In the past months I've referred two people to them but when they were seen was told that the office had made some internal changes and that provider was no longer there. One of the people decided to have her dentures made by them anyway and was not happy with the service or the final product. They had to remake her denture and she had asked that they work more with the guy in the back to get the teeth to look right and apparently he was no longer working there anymore either. I'm not sure why the changes were made but I consider that very poor business management. here you have a team that works effectively together and let them go but the people working in their place do not appear nearly as skilled in this area and do not communicate well with one another or the patients. I will no longer refer family or friends to this company as it seems the company has dissolved and is no longer even the same people working for them.

I feel like my appointments was pointless. I was totally amazed at how badly my dentures were made.. After numerous redos, they were horrible..In the start I asked it they could make my new dentures as close to possible as my previous ones.. Well it never happened.. Told them the teeth and gum lines was huge, They did not in any way line up with my bottom dentures..sent them back to redo nothing changed.. Wore them for one week and everyone I knew laughed at them.. Took them back.. The only positive I can say is that at least they gave me all my money back. Have now proceeded with another business and I am amazed with the difference..ex-rays done of gums, photos of my current dentures to help make sure they match up, and the much cleaner than New England Denture, much more professional ..so in the long run yeah, there prices are less expensive than most BUT you pay for what you get and I would never recommend anyone to them..

I needed clearance from a dentist that my mouth was free of any possible oral infection prior to a much-needed hip replacement surgery. Without this clearance, no surgery would be performed.

I was in a tight spot, both time-wise and financially. In fact, I had gone to the New England Denture Center mainly because they were referred to me by Penbay Emergency as a reasonably-priced family dental office.

After X-rays were taken, the dentist, Dr. Nadeau, gave me the bad news- I had two abscessed teeth that would have to come out. This had confirmed what another (very expensive) dentist had already told me. But then she offered to give me a price break, one within my limited means. As it was now the 'eleventh hour' for my pending surgery I said, "okay, let's do it."

She performed the extractions immediately, with a minimum of discomfort to me and at a bargain rate that I could afford. I am grateful for Dr. Nadeau's kindness and competence. She really did me a solid.

I went to New England Denture in Bangor Maine and was not treated very nice.i goit dentures in feb.2013 and for 3 months i told them they didnt fit right and were made to big and i couldnt wear them the teeth were set in crooked the teeth were all gapped the apperance of the teeth were terrible. My teeth were not like that growing up and didnt want Dentures like that but was always told by them there suppose to look like that. So finally they said to me guess we cant please you so give us back the teeth and we get you a refund well i paid $1850:00 for the dentures and when i got my refund it was for a $1000:00 they took the teeth back plus stole $850:00 from me which they say was for materials and teeth which i returned to them. This is the worse place to fo for Dentures they have not a clue how to treat there customers. that was the worse exp. of my life. they stole $850:00 from me and left me with no way to go get Dentures else where cause they kept half my money plus the teeth too.So if you want nice Dentures i suggest you go else where besides New England Denture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
