I lost my smile 5 years ago from when they put dentures in, I tell them every time I go that they the dentures don't fit and you can't see my teeth when I smile! I called the other day because my dentures broke in half, they told me how much it would cost, didn't set me up on a financial plan and isn't taking any responsibility of how in bad shape my dentures are! In the past 5 years I've had 3 teeth fall out of them and there thinning very quickly, these r because they don't listen when I talk to them! never going back!

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

Yes, they could have waited

I worry about the quality of work that I get at this practice. There is constant dentist turnover in this practice. The doctor who owns it doesn't even practice there. The dentists that practice there seem to be on a two year contract and nobody stays beyond that time. The doctors change here so often you can see the left over adhesive on the sign on their door where the have repeatedly taken off the names of all the dentists that pass through. This last visit they hadn't even bothered to put the name of the dentist I saw on the door despite the fact he had been there for 3 months. They also don't offer any discount for cash customers. You know they offer a discount to the insurance customers but don't pass that on to customers without insurance.

If you owe them any money for services that your insurance doesn't cover they will threaten you until you pay them. Even in an emergency situation. I have been going there for over 10 years and I am in the process of looking for a new dentist.

They were decent, but not very affordable
