This doctor was amazing. My daughter age 7 was in a car accident. We had seen a different doctor for surgery and other treatment and the first one made my daughter afraid to go to any doc similar. They went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and relaxed. And talked to her and told her what was happening and explained things answered all my questions even though I was nervous and may have asked the same question a few times. Not a long wait in the waiting room or in the office waiting for him. The staff was amazing as well they made my baby laugh when she hadn't laughed much in a long time. She actually is looking forward to her future appointments with him. I am so glad her ped recommended him. Would really recommend him to anyone including family.

Dr. Ford was very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. My calls are answered quickly here, and I haven't been put on hold for a long time so far. I did have one instance where the office manager was going to check with Dr. Ford on a question and then get back to me, but didn't. I had to call back and ask the question again, and was able to get the information I needed. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't notice any objectionable odors while at Dr. Ford's office.
