They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I suffer from extreme anxiety and haven't been to the dentist in years. Dr. Blank doesn't reprimand me like some wayward child, just tells me how to improve my oral health while virtually "rebuilding" my smile. He is the best in the industry! His assistant is also. Since I have anxiety, she ALWAYS rubs my arm while I'm getting the Novocaine shots. They make me feel welcomed and valued as a patient, instead of embarrassed and dismissed as a lost cause, which has happened elsewhere.
