Dr. Schwartz is a competent oral surgeon. However, the surgical center is so big at the Hunt Valley facility you are lost in the shuffle. From the moment I walked into the office there seemed to be confusion and general disarray. Although I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Schwartz they tried to push me off on another surgeon that wasn't busy. When I insisted on seeing Dr, Schwartz there was a short wait - not a problem. Before I left the facility they wanted payment, taking no chances on insurance and billing later, again not a huge problem. Dr. Schwartz did call me that evening to see how I was. About two weeks later I tried to contact Dr. Schwartz regarding a future implant. I tried three times. Each time I was told, by the staff, he would call me. I eventually became so frustrated I spoke with Robin, the office manager, who apologized and assured me that Dr. Schwartz would contact me that evening. I asked them to e-mail me a copy of my X-rays...they sent the X-rays by mail and did not notify me...I kept looking for them in my email not knowing they had been mailed. In short: Dr. Schwartz is competent but his follow up and disorganization of the office personal is absolutely horrible. I would never recommend him or his staff to anyone.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
