Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially Dr. Marshall. His "chairside" manor was pleasant and inviting. I was very comfortable with his assessment and recommended course of treatment.

I took my three children in to be evaluated. I expected a "you have to do this" approach in order to treat our children, but Dr. Marshall was very patient, thorough and honest about our options. He explained everything, and was amazing to talk to. He was able to calm my teen with Aspergers and completely connected with my other children. He even took them back to see a child get his braces. My kids left excited, and I left hopeful that I could provide braces for my children. Dr. Marshall explained that it was perfectly fine to take a conservative approach with my 10 year old, and gave us the options for our older two, including the option to do nothing if that was our choice. Even my skeptical husband left completely informed and supportive of OUR choice. Amazing person and I am excited to have my children be treated by him and his staff.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident, comfortable and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. During my visit, the orthodontist made sure to check my daughter's teeth and answer any questions I might have. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. What a difference it has made with my daughter's smile. I am pleased with everything.
