I really wish I had seen some of these reviews before it happened to me. I have 3 children who have been going to Dr. Bob's and they stopped taking my insurance and didn't let us know. Only when we showed up for our appointment, did they let us know we owed them $800 dollars. Without a beat, they asked how we would be paying for it. I told them they weren't going to see any money today, they did not let us know that their cleanings were no longer free.
I have always found their staff to be extremely rude. Please people, don't be enticed by the colors and fish tank. They are rude and inconsiderate.

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone!

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
