They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
