It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.
