I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
