I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. I had a great experience.
