They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
