They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.
