Wow, what a mess! called the first time and they said please hold but didn't wait for my response. after 3 mins they just hung up in my ear. Called back thinking it was a mistake, now have been on hold for over 10 minutes. After reading the reviews I wouldn't let this group work on my dogs teeth. sorry but if you cant the starting phone call right I am not letting you work on me. bye

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. They over charged me for a root canal that did not even last six months and when I asked for a refund they refused!!!! I had to get the tooth pulled and now need an implant! I would advise to stay away from this office! The Dentist name was Kenneth Chin
