The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I like Dr. Chu Chen. He is very sweet and caring when dealing with my daughter. He has seen her from Age 1 mo. through 18 months so far.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
