They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

They take good care of my kids there and make us feel like they know and remember us. I am trying to click 5 stars here, but the system isn't allowing me to.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'm disappointed that when my child's sick, they usually don't get them in to be seen for at least a week. I don't feel like I can count on them in an emergency. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
