They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

We have known Dr Willis for several years. He still takes his time, makes good eye contact, listens well; we never feel rushed. Since our last visit, my daughter, now helps more around the house. Yesterday, she actually asked if there was anything she could help me with. When the kids are sick, they fit us in someplace. Even my phone calls were responded to in a reasonable time. It is a wonderful small practice. Although he does have a little more gray hair than in his picture.

Dr Willis is the best; listens carefully, gives great advice, he is truly one of the most caring people I know. I have not idea what agenda the other reviewer had. I checked on Dr Willis with the Mass Medical Society and he has not one blemish on his reputation. I would recommend him highly.

Dr Willis is the kindest man I know. Once when I was upset and started to cry, he just sat there with me, very calm and unflustered, held my hand and after I vented he gave me a big hug. My grandchldren jsut love him and always give him a hug when they leave. He takes wonderful care of them and gives good advice on their behavior.

My kids really enjoy going to see Dr Willis. He takes out his cookie monster and plays with them, it gets them so comfortable that they are very cooperative. BTW he does a great cookie monster. Besides that he listens and talks to them at their level. He even convinced my daughter to take her shots without crying, by telling her to cry as much as she wants to.

My kids have seen Dr Willis many time. They love him, even his corny jokes. He gives them a big smile every time he sees them. He takes his time, listens carefully. He talks about being a better person, doing homework, helping around the house. He even got my son to wear his bike helmet. I would not take my kids to any other doctor.
