Couple of times I had to pay out of pocket because they would not verify with the insurance if I had enough coverage? It is tricky because they get your credit card FIRST. I went for a cleaning long ago, they suggested I do a deep cleaning so I told them I would think about it. The hyginist did not do a good job assuming I was coming back for a deep cleaning which the insurance was not going to cover 100%. They sent me to the receptionist and I asked her the price. She did not gave me the price until she made 4 appointments I needed. Then when she gave me the price for the deep cleaning it was very expensive. I cancelled all four appointments.

The hygienist skipped teeth when doing my cleaning. She rushed and was not thorough. The doctor was arrogant, rude and completely incompetent. When I asked question regarding the examination results her answers were rehearsed, vague and irrelevant. She was irritated at the fact that I asked questions at all and kept trying to push me off onto the front desk staff to make a follow-up appointment.

I would NEVER go again.

lizard, your review is right. they told me i only needed to pay this certain amount for the root canal because insurance will cover the rest. so i paid the not so cheap co-pay the same day of the procedure. next thing i know they are billing me the rest of the amount because the insurance only covered 25%. so basically i am paying 75% of the procedure and it is not cheap. they should have clarified that with the insurance before telling me that i only had to pay a certain amount. if i had know i had to pay their overpriced procedure, i wouldnt have agreed to do it.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. They also were misleading on the billing. They lead us to believe that they took insurance and that all work would be covered. As it turned out they not take insurance and charge more then double the rate most dentists. I do not recomend this dental office.
