I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

When i made an appointment for my son and I, I asked specifically if they were an in-network provider for my insurance carrier. I was told they were which would have meant that I was covered at 100% for the care provided at my initial visit. Two weeks later I received a bill. When I called and questioned the bill, I was told by the same lady, Kathy, that gave me the initial information that they were in fact out of network. Which meant that they could basically charge me whatever they wanted and I was liable for that amount. Second, I came out of my appointment with a treatment plan which included thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket expenses. I knew something was amiss so I went for a second opinion. I was told by two other dentists that all of the work that Dr. Gaznavi wanted to do on my mouth was COMPLETELY unnecessary. She used hard sell tactics saying that I would need many painful root canals if I did not have this work done. This is not a dentist to be trusted!!!!!!!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

I had a dentist appointment six months prior with another provider and he said I had one cavity that would need to be watched and filled sometime in the future. When I went to Rock Creek Dental in Rockville, I was told I needed $5000 worth of dental work. They were very aggressive in trying to sell me the work. Not having insurance (which wouldnt have brought down price much anyways), I decide to wait and get second opinion. Fast forward to my next cleaning and a different dentist then the first two confirmed the intitial dentist s prognosis- one cavity. Rock Creek Dental is a complete rip off- They are scammers trying to have you get work done that is not needed. STAY AWAY!!!

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
