DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone that works here is rude, unprofessional, inaccurate in billing, and inconsiderate. Go to another dental surgeon that actually cares about their patients. The facilities are old, outdated, and dirty. The people are even worse. They were only focused on charging me and my insurance as much money as possible, they did not tell me anything about my treatment plan options, and they retroactively charged my insurance for services they told me were free, like the initial consultation.

The service is deplorable. I had an extraction done and had to return for a second visit to get a piece of the tooth extracted that was not removed during the first extraction. The entire treatment plan and surgery was questionable and I don’t trust their expertise. I wish I never extracted my tooth and went with a different treatment plan with another dentist to save my tooth. I will never go back there again.

Billing was also horrible. I have health and dental insurance so they gave me a treatment plan billing estimate, which I paid in full, only to get a bill in the mail for more than three times the original estimate a month afterward. After awaiting a call from the manager to understand where the billing discrepancy came from, they sent me to a third party private debt collector before even making a call to my cell phone and speaking to me. This third party debt collector was the most vile person I ever had the displeasure of speaking to. There are appalling reviews of this debt collector online, which speaks to the practice’s ethical standards.

Overall, my experience was terrible. I think they are employing a lot of service and billing procedures that are unethical and unfair. The practice refused to acknowledge any service or billing errors, and refused to make any accommodations. If you want to avoid unnecessary problems in your life avoid this practice.

The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

I would not return to this place again nor will I ever recommend their office to anyone I know. They have 1 great assistant Nikki who will make your stay so welcoming! However these partners are horrendous. Let me start off with its not a judgement free zone. No matter what the case you will be judged. Their worse then walking into a hair salon. Nevermind their office manager is horrific. Shes so negative and brings down their business alot. Also if you do encounter an assistant named Lynsey beware. I would never return

My son had his wisdom teeth surgery at this office. The doctor was good, the surgery went through smoothly. However, I had a hard time with the person responsible for billing. My son had two appointments, first one for consultation and second one for surgery. His dental insurance covers the consultation expense, but for the convenience, the office sent both bills to health insurance, which resulted specialist visit co-pay for me. I talked to the person responsible for billing and ask her to correct it; she refused and insisted that dental insurance wouldn't pay for it. Even the dental insurance company said that they could explain to her. So I called her again, she would not talk to me, I left phone number, but she never called me back, instead a bill was sent to me. I would like to let other parents know this and be prepared for the frustration.
