They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I "ended up" with Dr. Shapiro after a series of dentists over the years - someone highly recommended her. I actually look forward to seeing her (a first for me/dentist) and I find her to be a very caring person. She has carefully described any procedure she wants to undertake. My one "con" is her prices - very high - but she practices in a high-income area.
