I had made several appointments for an orthodontist consult but needed to cancel due caring for my terminally ill mother. When mom passed I called back to reschedule and was called back by the secretary per orders of Dr Fasey who was aware of my crises, to be told she refused to treat me. How disrespectful and uncaring can you be!

This practice has changed drastically over the past few years. Front desk staff is rude and condescending. Practice is all about $$$ and not patient care and satisfaction. Find a different provider.
