My elderly mom was humiliated by this office on Boston Rd in Springfield. AN ARRANGEMENT WAS PUT IN PLACE TO COVER COSTS OF HER CARE. The first mishap she was not allowed to utilize credit there that she is AUTHORIZED, by me to use, directly. She was bullied by a staff person there following treatment for gum disease. I phoned them and believed it was ALL WORKED OUT, she went again and rather than phoning me, had my mother sitting around there for A LONG PERIOD OF TIME, only to then demand MONEY directly from her. NOT THE ARRANGEMENT I"D ALREADY MADE WITH THEM. Having been humiliated, AGAIN--she was then sent away WITHOUT GETTING SEEN. I think I may file a report of what was done to my mother there, TWICE now with the Executive Office of Elderly Affairs. She was treated very poorly. Unacceptable. I've gone to the Aspen Dental Office in Leominster and had good service there. Aspen Dental is not really an organization with any standard way of treating people, or protocols--they are independently owned, franchises. The one in Springfield, MA on Boston Rd. is where this happened to my mother. At 84, and with heart issues, she should NOT have been mishandled in this way. Very disappointed and angry at how my mom was treated there by that office staff. Pretty lousy.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I had a good experience with my dental purchases, but not so much with repair.

My denture had to be send out of the office for a tooth repair, they told me 7 to 10 days. it has now been 20 days and I have called twice and they sti ll haven
t received it back from the lab. Luckily for me I have another partial to wear in case of emergencies like this.
