Dr. Witt's office has been great! My daughter loved the choice of bands that the practice offers. Scheduling appointments is straightforward because there are three different office locations that you can visit (Holden, Shrewsbury, or Auburn) depending on your convenience. It's always easy getting in for a quick repair, and the appointments are generally very timely. Braces are expensive wherever you go, but I've found Dr. Witt's office to be a good value for the cost.

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I can not believe all these reviews are legitimate. This Dr. Is a hack and does. It care about patients. Once he had your money you are nothing. He is very cheap and does not even have toothbrushes and floss available for people like every other orthodontist. Also, it is old and dirty because he won't spend money on new sterilization procedures. I will not recommend this office to anyone. Look elsewhere.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but wish I have looked for better service somewhere else. The wait time is variable. Sometimes in and out in a jiffy. Other times it takes about an hour to be seen for 5 minutes of adjustments. Because there are multiple offices it is very difficult to get a convenient time for appointments. You have to be good with keeping track of your appointments because the office does not send reminders. If you miss an appointment, they don't let you know and you'll be offered another visit in a month. The time between visits that is discussed in the consultation isn't correct. You'll have to wait much longer between visits. This means that the braces will be on longer, but since it is a package price, the cost is the same (but you pay up front so you'll lose a bundle if you want to finish up somewhere with better service). It also means that your child will have to wait longer to have that beautiful smile again.
