Do not go to this dentist, they are twice the price of every other dentist out there! Front desk staff (Pam/Brian) are rude and argumentative if you ASK any questions. (god forbid-what an awful uncomfortable experience dealing with this front desk staff) In addition while I was there, Dr Baback Emami was having a full blown argument with his ex-wife while I was sitting in a chair waiting for him. The staff was snickering about it and he told me he was fighting with his contractor! Really? Who cares...it was crazy and uncomfortable. My gut instinct told me to get up and run out the door.
The whole staff is very aggressive and based on Doctors behavior its a no given that bad behaviour there is the norm.

Yes, I had to wait forever.

No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS

I felt extremely pressured

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

My dentist moved to this practice a few years ago, so I did too. Seems to be a well-run place. They have great customer service, and I find the staff to be very friendly. Also, they just completely renovated the office space and equipment in Randolph, so it is now totally state-of -the-art. Always extremely clean, too. I would recommend.

They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. See in-depth detailed review on Yelp.
