I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I liked the office but I would not go back to Dr. Heard again. I don't think I would send my dog to her. She was always in a rush and I felt like I wasn't getting the attention I deserved. I also had to go back a second time so she could fix something she couldn't manage to do correctly the first time.

This practice is really good. They are always friendly and nice, and they offer night and weekend appointments. I have seen all of the dentists there I think at one point or another over the last several years. They are generally on time and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
