Dr. Kerzner is the most attentive psychiatrist I've ever met. He always listens carefully to whatever I have to say. He is always very considerate and professional. He has turned our lives around for the better. He promptly saw us. He made an extra effort to get to know us and find out what we need. He always remembered us and made us feel very important. He has always been great about getting back to me very quickly. He is fantastic.

No, they are almost always unavailable

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
