Dr. Reichard was exceptional after a consultation visit to discuss a torn meniscus on my right knee. The nurse scheduled a second visit which I thought was unnecessary but went anyway. When I arrived at the Dr. Reichard's office(taking time off from work) he suggested that there was no reason for me to come in. There was no communication between staff and doctor. He spoke with me for literally 1 minute and I left. I had taken time off from work for no reason. To top it all off, they are charging me for the 2nd visit. The staff has been rude when I tried explaining why I shouldn't be charged for the second visit.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I have been going to this office for a number of years. In the beginning it was a good experience from start to finish, from the front desk staff, to the doctors and even to the billing department for questions, but over the years that has gone down hill completely! The woman at the front desk has almost no knowledge either medical or just about the office in general, I felt like a number to them. The last time I had a billing question is was not answered by someone who seemed to have much knowledge, she was very unsure of her answers. My medical attention was about the same, but I did find a slight difference in the doctor. What started as a good and comfortable experience has gone down hill greatly ...... thinking twice about going back.
